How much time is needed for a booking?

Booking depends on our availability and the season of the year. Appointments may be available for booking 2 weeks before schedule or one day before schedule.

Do I have to keep my firewood, or may I throw it away?

It is more environmentally- and budget-friendly to keep firewood. We can maintain the tree and keep it at 1-1.5 feet high. We stack the cut pieces below the tree for free.

Will you clean up after tree pruning and tree trimming?

We provide clean-up services in our package. We remove the branches we cut off and ensure that your space is neat and tidy.

What does it mean when people say the tree has been “cut to its grade?”

This expression simply means that the arborist has cut the tree until it reaches near the ground. Depending on the tree’s diameter and size, some trees can be trimmed flushed than others.

Yes, this is true. All tree quotations remain valid for half a year, counting from the day the tree was assessed. The call to give exceptions or extensions is completely dependent on management.
